Job summary

Tieto Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Software Engineer (C++) to design and implement features for next generation 5G telecom infrastructure. You will work with a multi-site international team to deliver robust software for world telecom vendors.

The role focuses on C++ development on Linux, debugging, and documentation, with emphasis on interoperability between software and hardware in a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Solid C++ skills with proven industry experience.
• Ability to solve SW/HW interoperability problems.
• Experience in programming on Linux platform.
• Maintenance – analyzing the logs, tracking bugs, searching for memory leaks.
• SW Design and Documentation.
• Basic testing skills.
• Wide knowledge related to Telecommunications in general.
• Good English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features for next generation 5G telecom technologies.
• Collaborate with a multi-site international network of experts on modern telecommunication systems.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable software for 5G infrastructure.
• Analyze logs, diagnose issues, and fix memory leaks and bugs.
• Create design and implementation documentation and ensure code quality.
