Job description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development & Strategy Assistant to support PM in daily activities related to business development, strategic operations, and organizational excellence. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional eager to gain exposure to high‑level decision‑making while developing strong analytical and strategic skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support in designing and moderating workshops (online/offline)
  • Assist with operational strategy projects and process improvements
  • Create presentations, reports, and dashboards for management
  • Provide day‑to‑day assistance to the PM and Ops Director on strategic and operational priorities
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience (internships or first job in consulting/finance/operations a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Miro/Notion/Trello is a plus)
  • Excellent communication in English (French is an asset)
  • Organized, curious, and eager to learn from senior leadership
