A tech company in Bydgoszcz is looking for a Business Development Manager with over 6 years of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and comfortable with CRM systems. This hybrid position includes a maximum of 4 days a month at the office, offering a competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 22,000 PLN net plus commission.

Stage 2: Online Interview with your potential manager (up to 90 minutes) — focused on competencies and team fit. Target timeline: another 10 business days.
Stage 3: Assessment Center - stationary in our office (Bydgoszcz).
Stage 4: Meeting with SoftBlue management (online or stationary, up to 60 minutes).
The full process takes a maximum of 5–6 weeks — transparent, without surprises.
