A French industrial group is seeking a Sales Manager to enhance market presence in the Baltic countries and Scandinavia. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in selling fluid sector equipment and be fluent in English and either Estonian, Latvian, or Polish. This position offers a competitive salary with commission, home office flexibility, and travel opportunities.
Our client, a French group specialising in the design, production and distribution of high-quality industrial fittings and valves since 1965, is looking for a Sales Manager to develop its market in the Baltic countries (except Lithuania) and Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Sweden).
Reporting to the Export Director, you will implement the group's commercial strategy across the entire territory assigned to you.
Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to develop a network of distributors. Your powers of persuasion will help you to secure new contracts.
You will be able to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in order to increase the company's turnover.
You will be expected to increase turnover in your sector through prospecting activities.
You will demonstrate proactivity by exploring new potential markets and identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence in these segments.
You will train distributors by organising tailored programmes and providing them with technical knowledge, product updates and sales tools to improve their performance.
You will write regular, detailed reports for management on the actions taken, successes achieved, obstacles encountered and your suggestions for improving the performance and effectiveness of commercial strategies.
