Your responsibilities would include:

• providing financial business partnering to improve insights, decision making and performance
• acting as a business partner for D&T functional directors, their teams, and other business leaders across the D&T business control field
• developing business cases (e.g. contract renegotiation), financial analyses, scenario planning, benchmarks, and ad-hoc insights to support decision making
• maximizing D&T performance by challenging and influencing teams, and advising stakeholders on corrective strategies that enhance value
• ensuring timely and complete financial planning processes, coordinating effectively with all involved stakeholders
• identifying alternatives and cost‑saving opportunities to support investment targets in annual plans and rolling forecasts
• driving continuous improvement by proposing new solutions that improve process efficiency, data quality, and insight depth
• leading the month‑end close and actuals analysis for your scope, in alignment with relevant D&T stakeholders
• leading the preparation of budgets, annual plans, and quarterly rolling forecasts for FTEs, RUN and CHANGE costs
• performing other tasks assigned by the business controller within the scope of functional responsibilities.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• having a university degree
• bringing 5–8 years of experience in business control, finance management, or managerial reporting
• having a background in a multinational company (preferably FMCG) or consultancy
• knowing internal and external audit standards and understanding business operations
• being confident with IT systems, Microsoft Office, and following industry trends
• communicating fluently in written and spoken English
• holding or studying for a CIMA qualification (nice to have)
• knowing APPTIO system (nice to have).
