This is a global role where you will collaborate closely with international stakeholders across multiple countries and business units. You will act as a financial voice in global discussions, ensuring that strategic decisions are backed by sound analysis and aligned with the company’s long‑term objectives.

This role goes beyond reporting — it's about being a true finance business partner and actively contributing to strategic initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an independent, proactive mindset.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Lead monthly financial closing processes for global operations, including consolidation, analysis, and timely communication of results;
- Prepare regular financial reports and detailed performance analyses, including cost analysis and variance tracking;
- Act as a finance partner to senior leadership in strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing profitability and growth;
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to drive global cost‑reduction initiatives and support business case development;
- Lead the global budgeting process for the global customs and service organization;
- Preparing reports and financial analyses for the company with focus on production cost;
- Support capacity planning and output analysis to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
It would be great if you:
- Have a university degree, preferably in economics;
- Have at least five years of experience in a similar position;
- Are familiar with financial processes in production and supply chain management;
- Have experience in cost controlling or factory controlling, which is highly preferred;
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Possess highly developed analytical and communication skills, demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work in a team;
- Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Are willing to expand your knowledge and open for sharing professional experience;
- Are ready to travel on business trips between 5‑15 days per year.
