If you answered “yes” to these questions, you are who we’re looking for.

What You Will Be Doing (Among Other Things...)
  • Becoming a Certified Petra Coach through a collaborative onboarding and training process.
  • Learning, applying, and guiding organizations to drive sustainable growth.
  • Partnering with leadership teams to assess business needs and align strategy with priorities.
  • Providing ongoing strategy meetings to ensure accountability and progress.

  • Traveling to work directly with members, facilitating planning sessions, mostly in person across North America.
  • Leading workshops, webinars, and seminars on key business topics.
  • Contributing thought leadership through social posts, podcasts, workshops, articles, and speaking engagements to establish yourself as an expert in your field.

If you’re ready to invest in building something meaningful, this opportunity offers exceptional financial and professional growth.

Our Values Drive Everything We Do:

There is No Try - Only Do! We don’t make excuses—we make progress. We look at each challenge as a new level of growth that only makes each of us better. Nothing is left undone here, we finish what we start, and we do what we say—we don’t try. We also believe that language is important, and you won’t catch us using the word TRY in any context.

No one is in it for himself or herself. We sacrifice for one another to achieve more than we can alone, and we never seek reward for any of it. All of us will at one time or another find ourselves in a spot that we truly need another team member, and by living this value we always know that a team member will be there.

Please & Thank You - Say and Mean It!

We recognize the power of appreciation and being nice. We say ‘please’ when asking and say ‘Thank You’ when it’s deserved—often. We use handwritten notes and the spoken word to express these basic levels of respect. We seek moments to recognize team members and act on them.

Everything is an Experience - Every Time!

We make each interaction an experience. We ask: How can we add an extra 15% to make someone say, “that was an experience”? We aim to exceed expectations with our members, vendors, and even the mail carrier. Everything is an experience to be remembered and remarked about.

See Around the Curves - Anticipate Needs and Pre-fill Them!

A big part of work involves seeing what is coming before it arrives. In planning sessions, travel, and collaboration, we think through what’s coming and prepare at a level others would consider unreasonable. We pay ultra-attention to what is being said and what is not said to anticipate needs.

Be Curious - Ask Why & Improve!

We never feel we know everything and never settle. We seek constant improvement in ourselves, those around us, and our processes. We ask, “Why does it need to be done this way?” and seek ways to improve.

Be a Barnabas – An Ironman with a Squishy Heart.

We work hard and support those around us, regardless of the return. We do not make it about ourselves and carry ourselves boldly and humbly because the life is challenging.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re passionate about guiding leaders, fostering growth, and driving real results, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and join us in helping businesses and people thrive.
