Location: Wrocław / Katowice – 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze business needs, and guide customers toward optimal solutions. A key responsibility is to maximize the use of Guidewire's out‑of‑the‑box functionalities while minimizing customizations, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective implementations.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in the Insurance domain, specifically with strong expertise in the Guidewire framework. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of insurance processes and workflows, and be able to effectively gather and document functional requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with familiarity with Agile methodologies, are essential for guiding stakeholders toward optimal solutions while maximizing the use of Guidewire's out‑of‑the‑box functionalities. Guidewire Certification and experience with cloud implementations will be considered valuable assets.
