Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT projects in Katowice. You will collaborate with business partners to define needs, create user stories, and translate requirements into technical specs within cross-functional teams.

Requirements include at least 3 years of IT BA experience, knowledge of Scrum, BPMN and UML, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. English must be strong both written and spoken.

Your tasks

• Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis in IT
• Familiarity with the software development cycle
• Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN and UML notation, JIRA, and Confluence
• Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team,
• Very good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST
• Ability to create UX/UI mock-ups
