A global service provider is seeking a Delivery Support Specialist in Poland to support customer-facing roles and manage lease contracts. Job description
WW Delivery Support Specialist
  • Supports various customer facing roles within HPEFS , like Customer Account Specialist, Customer Delivery Specialist, Credit Analyst, Portfolio Specialist and many others
  • Books non-standard lease contracts in HPEFS systems
  • Helps in processing and booking of the new lease contracts
  • Solves customer queries related to rental invoices flow
  • Helps process new lease contracts, creates new lease schedules, checks invoice correctness, etc.
  • Controls and monitors HPE Receivables related to supplier invoices
  • Processes changes and adjustments on existing customer contracts
  • Supports BOT implementations, testing of new applications and its functionalities
  • Supports AML process and procedures by providing certain customers'/partners' related checks
  • Cooperates closely with other operational teams and HPE/HPEFS financial departments
  • Guarantees high quality of the customer service, provides information and offers solutions
