We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a product team behind one of the world’s top trading platforms. This global brokerage serves clients in over 70 countries and processes more than $200 billion in annual trading volume.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in a cross-functional team alongside developers, QA engineers, and product leaders. You’ll shape business requirements into clear, actionable solutions and help deliver a fast, stable, and intuitive trading experience.

Daily tasks include:

• Conducting interviews, workshops, and other activities to gather and clarify requirements.
• Analyzing collected needs, data, and information.
• Collaborating with developers to design and refine solutions.
• Creating simple user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or mockups.
• Presenting proposed solutions to Product Owners and negotiating solution details.
• Writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, as well as other requirement documentation.
• Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Providing clarifications to developers and QA during implementation.
• Preparing release presentations and demos for customers.
• Tracking changes, scope, and risks.
• Keeping stakeholders informed about progress and status updates.

Tools you’ll work with daily: Jira, Confluence/Wiki, Figma, Miro, draw.io, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Trello.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of how software products and systems are built.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information while maintaining attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience creating requirement documentation such as Specifications, BRD/FRD, Use Cases, UML diagrams, and User Stories.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills for leading interviews, workshops, and meetings.
• Curious, fast learner with a can-do attitude.
