In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and vehicle maintenance. You will operate buses on designated routes, ensuring punctual and efficient service while prioritizing the safety and comfort of all passengers.

  • Operate buses safely and efficiently on assigned routes throughout Kraków, adhering to all traffic laws and company regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service to all passengers
  • Manage passenger boarding and alighting procedures, assisting passengers as needed and ensuring their safety
  • Adhere to established schedules and routes while managing time effectively to maintain on-time performance
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and other team members regarding route changes, delays, or incidents
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents or accidents
  • Keep the bus clean and organized, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for passengers
  • Follow all company policies and safety protocols, including proper use of safety equipment
  • Respond professionally to passenger inquiries and complaints, resolving issues when possible
