Job summary

Broking Specialist – Health & Benefits at Aon Poland is a role focused on delivering tailored employee benefits solutions to key clients. You will manage a dedicated portfolio, negotiate and implement insurance programs, and analyze claims and market data to drive client value.

Based in Warsaw, this position requires strong product knowledge, English fluency, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while reporting activities and expanding cooperation within the client base.

Qualifications

• Broker licenses or experience in life insurance or medical programs.
• English fluency for client communication.
• Knowledge of life insurance and medical program products.
• Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools.
• Category B driving license.
• Broker exam passed – a plus.
