ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks an accomplished strategy and risk leader to steer Group Risk & Security initiatives. You will translate cyber security and technology risk topics into decision-ready materials for Board and senior management, aligning governance with strategic priorities.

You will coordinate cross-Group priorities, own executive narratives, and present clear visuals to senior audiences, while advancing the operating model and efficiency across the function.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Top-tier strategy consulting background with focus on IT strategy, tech transformation, or cyber security
• Proven experience (5+ years) delivering Board/C-level presentations
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, operating models, and transformation governance
• Solid foundation in cyber/information security concepts (risk mgmt, architectures, regulatory environments)
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in large international organizations
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive, coordinate and govern strategic priorities across the Group Risk & Security Tower
• Orchestrate cross-Group cyber security and technology risk priorities
• Ensure clear ownership, governance, and transparent progress reporting to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate and prepare Board and C-level responses
• Develop and own C-level storylines and presentations
• Create executive narratives and visuals translating complex topics into clear decisions
• Contribute to evolving operating model for scalability and efficiency
