Alecto Recruitment is working with a reputable Building Controls business to recruit an Assistant BMS Commissioning Engineer. You will support commissioning across projects in London, focusing on Trend, Tridium and Distech platforms, with involvement in programming and system verification.

The role offers a salary in the £40k–£45k range with benefits including a company vehicle or car allowance, pension, private healthcare, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in the BMS/BEMS sector with fault-finding and repairs.
• Service/maintenance background for building management systems.
• HVAC integration knowledge and familiarity with plant rooms.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning of BMS for systems such as Trend, Tridium and Distech.
• Assist in programming and commissioning of control systems.
• Collaborate with the BMS team across London to deliver projects.
