Qualifikationen

• 10+ лет опыта в управлении продуктами или сопутствующем лидерстве над сложными цифровыми продуктами
• 5+ лет практического опыта в клинических испытаниях, клиническом развитии или смежной жизни науке
• Степень бакалавра в областиLife Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science или Information Systems
• Доказанный опыт управления жизненным циклом продукта от обнаружения до внедрения и измерения ценности
• Экспертное владение написанием структурированных user stories, acceptance criteria, функциональных спецификаций и трассируемости
• Твердо владение API, моделями данных, архитектурой микросервисов и облачными платформами AWS/Azure/GCP
• Опыт работы в Agile/Scrum, управлении бэклогом и спринтовыми процедурами
• Высокая компетентность JIRA, Confluence и Productboard
• Научная грамотность для доверительных протокольных обсуждений с врачами и исследователями

Aufgaben

• Связующее звено между клиническими/научными командами и инженерным подразделением; организация встреч и сбор требований
• Определение и ведение дорожной карты функций, балансируя бизнес, научные и технические потребности
• Поддержка инноваций через дизайн-спринты; формирование бизнес-кейсов и KPI
• Написание user stories, эпиков и критериев приёмки
• Совместная работа с UX для создания wireframes и прототипов; фильтрация запросов по ценности
• Преобразование клинических рабочих процессов в структурированные требования; сотрудничество с инженерами по рискам и зависимостям
• Сотрудничество с архитекторами, старшими инженерами и QA для обеспечения масштабируемости и качества
• Поддержка UAT в дизайне и реализации для соответствия научным целям и удобству
• Ведение agile-церемоний, планирования, стендапов и ретроспектив
• Поиск и устранение препятствий в команде; влияние на стейкхолдеров без прямого влияния
• Консультации руководству по тому, как цифровые возможности могут улучшить проектирование клинических испытаний

• Act as the primary link between clinical/scientific teams and product engineering, build long-term relationships, and facilitate discovery workshops with medical experts to understand trial design and represent the clinical user's voice
• Define and own the feature roadmap by balancing business, scientific, and technical needs
• Foster innovation through design thinking sprints, identify new opportunities, create business cases, and track feature success metrics and KPIs post-release
• Author user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with UX to create wireframes and prototypes, filter requests based on value, and maintain a product specification traceable to user needs
• Convert complex clinical workflows into structured requirements and collaborate with engineers on technical risks, dependencies, and solutions
• Partner with architects, senior engineers, and QA leads throughout the development build cycle to ensure feature scalability and quality
• Support UAT design and execution to meet scientific intent and usability standards
• Drive iterative delivery, rapid feedback, and hypothesis-driven development
• Own and groom a sprint-ready product backlog
• Lead agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Proactively resolve team impediments or misalignments
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and scientific leadership on how digital capabilities can reshape, optimize, and elevate clinical trial design

Требования:

• 10+ Years of experience in product management, senior business analysis, or hybrid product leadership with complex digital products
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in clinical trial design, clinical development, or closely related life sciences
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from early discovery to live deployment and value measurement
• Expert-level skill in writing structured user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and traceability matrices
• Solid understanding of APIs, data models, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Extensive experience with agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and sprint execution
• High proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Productboard
• Scientific fluency for credible protocol design and regulatory conversations with physicians and researchers
• Systems thinking to connect individual features with broader clinical workflows and patient outcomes
• Ability to lead, build coalitions, and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
• Innovation-oriented mindset and comfort with ambiguity when priorities shift or problems are undefined
• Nice to have: Master's degree or PhD in a clinical, scientific, or biomedical field, Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP

• Salary range 19,000 - 35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contract
• Expected salary range for the primary location of Warsaw Grafit: 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN
