Ecolab Krakow is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to develop and implement regulatory strategies for EU biocidal product authorizations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to support submissions and maintain dossiers.

The role requires an MSc/PhD in natural or life sciences and 1–3 years in Regulatory Affairs, with strong English; you will monitor EU regulatory changes and contribute to risk assessments while supporting market access across Europe.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in Natural or Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Toxicology, Ecotoxicology or related discipline).
1-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in biocides, chemicals, REACH, or a related regulated industry.
Knowledge of the Biocidal Products Regulation (EU) 528/2012 or comparable regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Support regulatory strategies for EU biocidal product authorizations and approvals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on regulatory projects and submissions.
Assist in preparation, submission, and maintenance of EU authorization dossiers, including responses to authorities.
Review and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure compliance of internal data, study reports, and supplier agreements.
Monitor and implement changes to EU biocides legislation and regulatory procedures.
Contribute to risk assessments and develop regulatory recommendations for the business.
Build partnerships across Regulatory Affairs and business functions to support portfolio and market access.
