Job summary

Arup Poland is seeking a BIM Modeller Trainee to develop BIM models for MEP installations and related design documentation. You will ensure models comply with BIM standards and collaborate with the design team. The role offers structured training and mentoring to grow technical skills.

You will contribute to project development, coordinate with engineers, and support design reviews while gaining hands-on experience in a global engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or construction-related discipline.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of the visual programming environment used in generative modelling, such as Dynamo.
• Knowledge of building services installations, including mechanical, electrical or water and sewage systems.
• Communication and organisational skills.
• Very good command of English, minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Modelling building MEP systems.
• Creating SMEP library components.
• Preparing drawing documentation and BIM deliverables.
• Coordinating models and information flow with other disciplines.
• Automating modelling processes.
• Working closely with designers and participating in design reviews.
