Job summary

Lyten Poland designs and builds next-generation battery systems powering clean energy and electrification. The Battery Cell Test & Validation Engineer helps advance cell performance from early development through validation and customer delivery, in a fast-moving environment with hands-on engineering work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
• Previous professional engineering experience.
• Experience in data analysis and test/validation.
• Experience with root cause analysis (8D, A3, Ishikawa).

Responsibilities

• Support the development of battery cells.
• Perform practical validation & analysis work.
• Analyze test data to improve battery properties and management systems.
• Support the commissioning of validation equipment.
• Design optimal test conditions to meet customer and cell development requirements.
• Analyze, visualize, interpret, document, discuss and report test data.
• Conduct testing risk assessments.
• Review test and validation requirements.
• Interface with customers for cell test data analysis.
