Требуется 6+ лет опыта, опыт облачных архитектур и Node.js. Работа в гибридном формате с офисом в Варшаве, компенсация по рынку Польши на B2B, комфортный офис и набор льгот.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ лет опыта в серверной разработке и архитектуре.
• Опыт работы с облачными архитектурами и масштабируемыми бэк-енд системами.
• Опыт или интерес к Node.js/иншим основным языкам бэк-энда.
• Опыт или интерес к агентной кодировке и инструментам ИИ при разработке.

Aufgaben

• Разработка и поддержка высокомасштабируемой backend-платформы, обслуживающей миллионы пользователей.
• Проектирование и внедрение решений, сокращающих время выхода на рынок и повышающих эффективность систем.
• Писать качественный, быстродействующий и сопровождаемый код в соответствии с лучшими практиками.
• Экспериментирование с новыми технологиями, инструментами и сторонними фреймворками для стимулирования инноваций.
• Наставничество новых членов команды и вклад в культуру инженерного совершенства.

• Develop and maintain a high-scale backend platform serving millions of users.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions that reduce time-to-market and improve system efficiency.
• Write high-quality, performant, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Experiment with new technologies, tools, and third-party frameworks to drive innovation.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

Требования:

• 6+ years of experience in server-side development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based architectures and scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js or another major backend language.
• Experience or strong interest in agentic coding and AI-assisted development tools.
• Passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
• A can-do approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
