Greatjob is seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer to join our development team. You will design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure quality across web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with developers to report defects, contribute to automated testing frameworks, and drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies to deliver reliable software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience designing and executing test cases for web, mobile, or enterprise software.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
• ISTQB or similar certifications preferred.
• CI/CD familiarity.
• Performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and provide input on testability, usability, and quality aspects.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide suggestions for improvement to prevent similar issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and QA.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Engineer to join our development team. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and execute test cases, as well as identify and report bugs and issues. You will also contribute to the overall improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize issues effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software products.

Preferred:

ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.

Familiarity with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
