Job summary

DOU Polska is seeking an Azure DevOps Tech Lead to guide a DevOps team in delivering robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud solutions for global clients. You will partner with clients in discovery and pre-sales, shaping DevOps strategy and architecting scalable, secure infrastructures.

The role requires deep Azure DevOps expertise, strong communication, and experience mentoring engineers in a fast-growing environment. Remote-friendly, full-time position.

Qualifications

Proven DevOps lead with Azure DevOps expertise.
Strong cloud infra knowledge; Azure preferred.
Experience leading teams and working with clients.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Native Ukrainian speaker.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring delivery quality.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with clients to design DevOps and cloud solutions.
Participate in pre-sales and discovery sessions.
Promote automation, IaC, and cloud-native practices.
Ensure secure, scalable, well-monitored systems with Grafana.
