Job summary

Cencora is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join the IT team in Poland. The role focuses on building and improving Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to accelerate safe software delivery.

You will mentor engineers and align DevOps initiatives with engineering and business goals. You will work with AKS, App Services, and Keyvault, using Terraform/Helm for IaC, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, ensuring robust cloud architecture with strong networking and observability practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs/networking/Storage, AKS, App Services, Keyvault).
• Deep experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong infrastructure as code experience, mainly Terraform/Helm.
• Strong CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Familiar with observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the DevOps vision using Agile best practices.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services.
• Align DevOps initiatives with engineering, product, and business goals.
• Ensure high-quality engineering across the team.
• Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure).
• Facilitate clear communication between departments.
• Advocate DevOps culture and shift-left initiatives.
