Job summary

Fintex is seeking an Intermediate DevOps Engineer with hands-on Azure experience to join our offshore team in Poland. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure infrastructure, and implement IaC.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA and delivery teams to automate deployments, monitor health, and enforce security and deployment best practices across development, staging and production environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos and Artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts).
• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure (App Services, AKS, Functions, networking, storage, SQL).
• Create and maintain IaC with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Automate deployments, environment provisioning, scaling, backups and workflows.
• Monitor health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights or Grafana-like tools.
• Collaborate with development/QA to improve build, deployment and release processes.
• Maintain source control, branching and repository standards.
