Job summary

Software Mind is driving a large-scale data migration programme. You will join a senior delivery team moving millions of records from legacy systems into an Azure SQL estate, ensuring strict reconciliation and data integrity.

You’ll design and run ETL pipelines, profile schemas, and document models while collaborating with client engineering teams and BI stakeholders across Europe and APAC. This role offers flexible remote cooperation and international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering data migration or ETL for enterprise systems.
• Strong T-SQL, SQL Server and SSIS experience.
• Experience with Azure SQL and Data Factory.
• Ability to validate migrations with reconciliation.
• English at C1+ with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run ETL pipelines for migrations to Azure SQL.
• Profile source schemas and document reconstructed models.
• Create validation and reconciliation logic for completeness.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst on data mapping and rules.
• Support cutover and migration rehearsals.
• Maintain migration documentation.
