Job summary

ISS A/S in Warsaw is seeking a Cloud & Platform Operations Engineer to manage Azure infrastructure, automate operations with Terraform or Bicep, and improve security. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, and supporting cloud migrations in a hybrid environment.

The position requires strong English skills and experience with Azure security features; AZ-104/AZ-500 and scripting in PowerShell or Bash are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Azure cloud platform experience (4+ years).
• Proficient with IaC tools Terraform or Bicep.
• Understanding of core networking (DNS, NSG, VNets).
• Experience with containerization (AKS) is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist cloud migration initiatives toward Azure IaaS or PaaS.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and implement security best practices for Azure workloads.
• Handle cloud incidents and service requests, including security-related events.
• Participate in cloud projects from design through operational readiness checks.
• Maintain Azure Security Guidelines with Security Architects.
