Job summary

ITConnect in Poland seeks an expert Identity Architect to lead design and implementation across two enterprise tenants, focusing on NLP resource access, governance, and cross-tenant permissions.

You will work with the NLP Azure Consultant, configuring Entra ID Governance, entitlement management, PIM, and multi-tenant RBAC, while aligning IT infrastructure and ensuring device compliance for trusted tenants and AVD environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the NLP Azure Consultant on design and implementation.
• Configure cross-tenant trust, MFA, and guest access across tenants.
• Manage external user access packages and entitlement management.
• Define management groups and subscription-level permissions in multi-tenant environments.
• Ensure security boundaries and prevent permission overlaps.
• Validate cross-tenant device compliance and tenant trust.
• Support AVD session hosts and reduce dependencies.

Job description

The AD team requires additional resources to implement changes to tenants, subscriptions and Conditional Access policies to incorporate NLP as a resource domain within the client environment.

The project aims to enable client accounts to receive the necessary permissions to access NLP resources, including applications and other access-controlled resources, while simplifying user management and the user experience.

• Work in collaboration with the existing NLP Azure Consultant, providing design and implementation support.
• Expert-level knowledge of configuring B2B collaboration, B2B direct connect and trust settings, including MFA and compliant device claims, across separate corporate tenants.
• In-depth understanding of external user management, guest accounts and the cross-tenant synchronization lifecycle.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID Governance, entitlement management, access packages and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for external partners.
• Proven expertise in designing management groups, custom RBAC roles and subscription-level permissions in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience aligning IT infrastructure across two distinct enterprise environments while maintaining clear security boundaries and preventing permission overlaps.
• Understanding of endpoint management and cross-tenant device compliance validation, including configuring tenant trust to recognize compliant devices managed by the client.
• Strong experience with AVD deployments, session hosts and the architectural considerations required to safely reduce or eliminate AVD dependencies.
