Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking an ICT Risk Governance & Oversight Assistant Vice President to support the SSBI ICT Risk Manager in oversight, governance and reporting of ICT risks across SSBI. You will operate in the Second Line of Defense and contribute to the development of the ICT Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in ICT Risk Management or related fields.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry preferred.
• Degree in Risk Management, IT, Security, Finance or Business Administration.
• Good awareness of EBA ICT and security risk management guidelines and outsourcing expectations.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and analysis for ICT governance committees and senior management reporting.
• Independent review and challenge of ICT risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Escalate ICT risk concerns to the ICT Risk Manager and ORM leadership.
• Support ICT risk appetite metrics, thresholds and KRIs.
• Produce risk reporting and regulatory documentation for ICT governance.
• Support oversight of ICT control testing, resilience testing and threat-led testing from a risk perspective.
• Review management responses, remediation activities and lessons learned from ICT incidents.
• Assist in monitoring ICT third-party and outsourcing risk and related reporting.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments related to DORA and ICT risk.
• Contribute to broader Operational Risk Management activities and risk committee reporting.
