Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking an experienced Autonomous Networks Developer to design, develop, and enhance telecom fulfilment and orchestration solutions. You will work on customer delivery projects, building cloud-native applications that enable service provisioning and network automation across modern telecom environments.

The role requires hands-on Nokia FlowOne experience, strong Java skills, and knowledge of REST, SQL (Oracle/MariaDB).

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom fulfilment and orchestration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia FlowOne.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Oracle, and MariaDB.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of telecom technologies such as IP/MPLS, Optical Transport, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, and Mobile Services Provisioning.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Nokia FlowOne-based solutions.
• Build and maintain applications using Java.
• Integrate OSS/BSS systems through REST APIs and telecom interfaces.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Work with Oracle, MariaDB, and SQL databases.
• Deploy and support applications on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with international teams in Agile projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
