Job summary

BSI is seeking an experienced TISAX/ Information Security Auditor to perform independent assessments of information security management systems for a diverse client base in Poland. You will audit ISMS against international standards, draft reports, and advise on corrective actions to strengthen security postures.

You will lead audit projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and stay current with evolving standards. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISMS, ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX or equivalent.
• Background in the automotive sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management and governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear written and spoken English, with Polish and German helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, and conduct information security audits per standards and procedures.
• Assess ISMS and produce clear, accurate audit reports.
• Present findings to clients and outline corrective actions.
• Recommend certification status per policy and accreditation rules.
• Deliver recommendations within quality standards and timelines.
• Lead audit teams when required and manage audit activities.
• Maintain client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain audit plans and schedules.
• Ensure records and certification data stay current and accurate.
• Plan your audit schedule to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Contribute to achieving targets for operations and utilization.
