Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer for an automotive power systems project.

You will architect digital and analog modules, prototype and test, and collaborate with international engineering teams to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions for high-volume production. The role requires a strong background in electronics, MCU platforms, and EMC considerations, with a focus on reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and testing digital and analog circuits, including microcontroller platforms, medium-power analog circuits, and precision signal measurement.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD and circuit simulation software.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Circuit Design: Architect, calculate, and design digital and analog electronic modules for automotive applications with an emphasis on low-cost, high reliability, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build and simulate circuit performance, validate prototypes in modern laboratory facilities, and drive electrical design processes.
• Documentation & CAD: Develop complete schematic and PCB design packages along with technical specifications and electrical characterizations.
• EMC Engineering: Drive EMC design, optimization, and validation to ensure compliance with strict industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and distributed international engineering teams, actively participate in peer reviews, and liaise directly with leading component suppliers.
