Job summary

Etteplan w Katowicach poszukuje projektanta PCB z doświadczeniem w branży automotive do projektowania wielowarstwowych płytek PCB z Altium Designer. Dołączysz do zespołu Hardware, współpracując z inżynierami ds. projektowania, weryfikacji i produkcji.

Wymagana jest biegła znajomość Altium, EMC i DFM/DFT oraz komunikacja w języku angielskim. Twoje zadania obejmą projektowanie, tworzenie layoutów na podstawie schematów, przygotowanie dokumentacji oraz współpracę z dostawcami produkcji i montażu.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial PCB design experience.
• Experience designing PCB for automotive products or systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Altium Designer and ability to design multi-layer PCBs independently.
• Experience creating and managing component libraries.
• Understand EMC, signal integrity, and manufacturing requirements in PCB design.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes; DFM/DFT.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and propose design solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-layer PCBs using Altium Designer.
• Create PCB layouts from schematics and design requirements.
• Ensure PCB design meets automotive technical and quality standards.
• Create and manage component libraries.
• Incorporate EMC, signal integrity, and manufacturing requirements in designs.
• Prepare project and manufacturing documentation for PCBs.
• Collaborate with Hardware Designers, verification engineers and other team members.
• Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly suppliers; support production deployment.
• Analyze design issues and implement necessary layout changes.
