Jobsi in Gorzów Wielkopolski is looking for a Production worker (W/M/NB) for a full-time, 3-shift operation. You will operate press moulding machines, assemble and upholster interior components, and check the quality of finished products.

Remuneration starts at PLN 4,806 gross per month with bonuses: 15% for performance, 20% for night shifts, 50% for extra hours and 100% for holidays, plus on-site accommodation options and a meal discount. Starting within 3–5 days after arrival.

Responsibilities

• Operation of press moulding machines.
• Assembly and upholstering of interior components, such as seats, headrests and panels.
• Assembling of details.
• Checking the quality of the manufactured products.
