A global logistics provider is seeking an Automation Developer to join their Digital Enablement Team in Gdansk, Poland. You will design and maintain automation solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in automation development, a solid understanding of Power Automate, and hands-on knowledge of .NET and Azure services. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model and private medical care.

As an Automation Developer in our Digital Enablement Team, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions built primarily within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem. You’ll drive best practices and governance standards, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable automation. Your role will combine hands‑on technical development with proactive collaboration—helping translate business needs into effective digital solutions. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to the development life cycle, ensuring efficient and reliable automations that align with Blue Water’s requirements.
Blue Water Shipping is headquartered in Esbjerg, Denmark, and our IT development teams are in Esbjerg and Gdansk. The primary location for this role is the Blue Water Shipping’s office in Gdansk, Poland. There will be occasional travel to Esbjerg in Denmark or Warsaw in relation to PI planning and yearly department meetings.
