Zusammenfassung

RTB House is seeking an experienced Atlassian Engineer to ensure the consistency, scalability, reliability, and governance of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira, JSM, and Confluence. You will support internal teams by maintaining platform integrity, standardizing configurations, and designing efficient workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Atlassian Cloud administration and engineering (Jira, JSM, Confluence).
• In-depth Jira architecture knowledge: workflows, schemes, permission models, license management, custom fields.
• Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM): request types, SLA rules, queues, automations, customer portal.
• Proven ability to design and implement advanced automations leveraging REST APIs to extend platform capabilities.
• Hands-on process automation, scripting, and integrations with native/third-party systems.
• Confluence configuration, space management, and knowledge base structuring.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication to technical and business stakeholders.

As an Atlassian Engineer, you will be responsible for the consistency, scalability, reliability, and governance of the entire Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence instances. Your responsibilities will include supporting internal engineering, IT, business, and operations teams by maintaining platform integrity, standardizing configurations, designing efficient workflows, and implementing architectural best practices.

You will join the Shared Services Process Automation team within the IT department, whose mission is to continuously enhance the efficiency of collaboration tools across the entire organization. Process mapping, task flow optimization, and building cross-system automations are core daily components of this role. We are looking for an engineer who takes a broader view of operational efficiency and does not limit their perspective solely to native Atlassian capabilities. This role offers an ideal environment for an experienced specialist eager to expand their expertise in cross-platform integrations and low-code/scripting automation.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in administration and engineering of Atlassian Cloud solutions (Jira, JSM, Confluence).
• In-depth knowledge of Jira architecture: designing workflows, schemes, permission models, license management, custom fields, and project configurations.
• Experience building and maintaining structures in Jira Service Management (JSM): request types, SLA rules, queues, automations, and customer portal architecture.
• Proven ability to design and implement advanced automations leveraging internal and external REST APIs to extend platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with process automation, scripting, and both native and third-party system integrations.
• Experience in Confluence configuration, space management, and knowledge base structuring.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, user-friendly system configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling performance, integration, and configuration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
