Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Atlassian Cloud Consultant to lead consulting and delivery within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will analyze requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and oversee implementations with a focus on quality and best practices.

You will coordinate migrations, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth handoffs and ongoing optimization across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and related tools.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Atlassian Cloud consulting, incl. Jira/Confluence migrations.
• Experience in workshops, training, and documenting business processes for tech solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent Polish and English; residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in Atlassian solutions, coordinating activities.
• Gather requirements from business and translate into Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement solutions following best practices and configuration principles.
• Provide ongoing client communication, report new capabilities, identify gaps, and handle non-standard situations.
• Collaborate with Atlassian team members and coordinate work streams.

Job description

As an Atlassian Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting and facilitating business processes within the Atlassian environment, acting as the main point of contact for the Client. Your task will be to analyze requirements and translate them into functionalities of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will design and oversee implementations, ensuring their quality, scalability, and compliance with best practices, as well as support the Client in optimization, automation, and integrations. Coordinating migration projects will be important – from analyzing source environments and Client requirements, through migration planning, to user support. You will combine analytical work daily with close cooperation with stakeholders, building long-term relationships.

Your tasks

• Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the Atlassian solutions area – active collaboration, consulting, and coordination of activities
• Cooperating with the business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Designing and implementing solutions, considering best practices and configuration principles
• Ongoing support and communication with the client – informing about new system capabilities, identifying gaps, responding to non-standard situations
• Active collaboration with Atlassian team members, coordinating work
• Ensuring the quality and optimality of implemented solutions, considering long-term business needs
• Ensuring quality and optimization of deployed solutions, taking into account long-term business needs
• Defining business requirements, planning, and coordinating the migration project from a business perspective

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience including consulting and advising on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, supported by participation in projects with clients from various industries, including migrations of Jira and Confluence on-premise to Atlassian Cloud
• Experience conducting workshops and training and working with stakeholders, with the ability to analyze, design, and document business processes and translate client needs into technical solutions
• Previous work on Jira and Confluence on-premise migration projects to Atlassian Cloud
• Knowledge of the Jira platform, as well as Confluence, Loom, and Rovo tools, along with understanding their mutual functionalities and integrations
• Experience advising on Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, with a particular focus on security architecture and integration with IdP
• Proficiency in process automation, optimization, and integration within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem
• Knowledge of Atlassian Collections, including proficiency in available subscription plans and their functional differences
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, explain technical aspects in an understandable way, and build client relationships
• Proactive approach to project management, with full responsibility for delivering the final result and strong client orientation, teamwork, and service quality
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English required
• Residence in Poland required

Nice to have

• Ability to build Automation Rules and work with Jira REST API, as well as knowledge of popular Atlassian Marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, Xray, BigPicture, or eazyBI
• Knowledge of additional Cloud apps (Focus, Talent, Compass, Bitbucket, Statuspage) and on-premise apps (Bamboo, Jenkins), as well as integration platforms like OpsHub, Getint Integration Platform, or ScriptRunner Connect
• Experience working with Atlassian Data Center versions and holding Atlassian certifications
