  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Join Us as Regional Planning Lead – EMEA Industrial & Scientific

Ansell is seeking a strategic and collaborative Regional Planning Lead t to join our EMEA Industrial & Scientific Commercial Operations team. This role is essential to driving profitable sales growth and customer retention by leading regional planning and integrated business processes. You will be the key point of contact for end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring customer‑centric improvements and world‑class service levels at optimal inventory costs.

What will your role be?

As Regional Planning Lead, you will:

  • Lead the development of an 18‑month rolling demand forecast, integrating volume and value projections to support business planning.
  • Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, aligning regional forecasts with financial targets and identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and execution of product availability.
  • Optimize inventory levels across regions and warehouses, balancing service levels with cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage excess and obsolete inventory, implementing proactive measures to prevent stock issues.
  • Lead weekly short‑term execution meetings (S&O·E) to identify and resolve supply constraints before they impact customers.
  • Support product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions and rationalization from a demand and regional execution perspective.
  • Represent regional planning in customer journey improvement initiatives, identifying pain points and delivering solutions.
  • Manage and develop a high‑performing planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key partner to the global supply chain organization, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end planning and logistics operations.
