Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of experience in advertising, creative or marketing.
• At least 3 years in a senior creative role.
• Experience leading creative teams and developing team capabilities.
• Experience working directly with clients and presenting creative concepts.
• Proactive business mindset and ability to identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into creative ideas.
• Experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns across channels.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and visual communication.

Aufgaben

• Define the creative direction of projects and campaigns, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Lead and develop the creative team, supporting members and growing their competencies.
• Build client relationships and propose solutions addressing their challenges.
• Present and sell creative concepts with convincing arguments.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive client collaboration.
• Create and develop concepts across digital, social, ATL, TV and outdoor channels, and oversee execution.
• Coordinate team work, set priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with strategy, media, client service and production teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Monitor trends and explore new formats, technologies and opportunities to grow the creative offering.
