Job Description

Successful candidate will become a member of a team of experienced business technology analysts dedicated to support Partners, Vendors and Customers in terms of advanced technical API and processing queries by performing deep analysis of issues, providing suggestions and coordinating resolution process.

We are working in customer and partner facing environment where 3rd party relationship building skills and ability to lead multilevel communication are essential for mutual success.

Outside the box thinking and self-reliance are crucial for team’s success.

Areas of expertise relate to transactions processing, API support, data transfer, networking, customer setup details and reporting using PL-SQL, Splunk or other available tools.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Performing deep root cause analysis of incoming queries
  • Replying to teams internal and external Partner queries.
  • Maintaining good relations with integrated partners (PSP, ISV, Gateways)
  • Assure daily tasks completion
  • Proactively seek opportunities to minimize issues occurrence
Experience Requirements:
  • Large data analysis covering trend identification and result presenting.
  • Data mining and research.
  • Customer or ‘partner facing experience.
  • Boarding API’s support including investigating process flows and background dependencies
  • Splunk experience (searching and dashboard creation)
  • Working with transactions analysis
  • Boarding process awareness

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment under time pressure without strict guidelines.
  • Technical approach and ability to work with numbers.
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Authorization processing flow awareness.
  • Understanding of API’s specifics
  • Understanding of boarding related background dependencies between systems will be an advantage
  • Basic PL SQL knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Splunk will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Elavon systems will be an advantage (Axis, MPS2, Himms2, ServiceNow, Access Elavon).

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
