Job summary

Amentum seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to develop 3D models and 2D drawings for concrete and steel structures, under senior supervision. You will perform basic calculations, support analyses, and work in BIM environments with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include a Civil/Structural Engineering degree (BSc/MSc), 1–3 years of experience, Eurocodes knowledge, and fluency in English and Polish. Office-based with some WFH, in Kraków/Warsaw, in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BSc/MSc).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with Eurocodes (EN 1990-1999).
• Experience in Revit and/or Tekla.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Polish.
• Willingness to work within highly regulated sectors (defence, energy, industrial).

About the Role

The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for concrete and steel structures
• Support structural analysis and design under senior engineer supervision
• Perform basic calculations and checks for structural elements
• Work in BIM environments (Revit / Tekla), including model reviews and clash checks
• Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams
