Qualifications

• Experience within banking operations, treasury operations or payment environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of payments, FX transactions and fixed deposit administration.
• Experience supervising or managing operational teams.
• Understanding of operational risk, controls and governance.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows within deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in supervising the Banking and Treasury Operations team.
• Oversee daily operational workflows ensuring transactions are prioritised.
• Execute and review payments and foreign exchange transactions.
• Ensure operational processes are followed consistently.
• Act as a first escalation point for operational issues.
