Basic requirements from the candidate:

• professional title of Master of Science in the field of food technology and human nutrition, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical technology or a related field;
• predispositions for research work confirmed by the opinion of the academic supervisor or thesis supervisor;
• knowledge of the issues for conducting teaching activities in the field of: human nutrition, analysis and safety of food products and the impact of food ingredients on the human body;
• knowledge of the issues to undertake cooperation and research and scientific tasks in the field of: food analysis, human nutrition, hygiene and production safety;
• teaching experience;
• experience in working in a laboratory;
• willingness to improve one's professional qualifications;
• very good knowledge of the Polish language enabling teaching;
• knowledge of English in speech and writing at B2 level.

Additional requirements from the candidate:

• knowledge of issues related to industrial hygiene, cleaning and disinfection processes and the assessment of their effectiveness;
• knowledge of basic laboratory analytical methods and the ability to perform them in the field of analysis of food and/or cleaning/disinfecting substances;
• knowledge of GHP, GMP, HACCP systems and principles, including washing processes and systems;
• ability to establish good relationships with students;
• ability to cooperate in a research team.
