Job summary

NTIATIVE IT Recruitment in Wrocław seeks a Senior Assembly Technician to join a growing medical technology company and help set quality standards for a new facility. You will assemble precision subassemblies for FDA-cleared devices, using microscopes and torque tools in a regulated environment.

You will ensure strict ESD compliance, follow established procedures, and contribute to building a culture of quality and continuous improvement as the production team grows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in precision assembly/manufacturing/technical production.
  • Strong pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with small delicate components using hand tools and microscopes.
  • Follows documented procedures with accuracy and consistency.
  • Understands quality, traceability, and regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with precision tools or measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble precision mechanical subassemblies per detailed work instructions.
  • Handle small components using precision hand tools, torque tools, and microscopes.
  • Follow established assembly procedures while upholding high quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ESD protocols and regulated processes.
  • Inspect products to verify quality and consistency.
  • Identify documentation or component discrepancies and report them.

You’ll be building precision mechanical subassemblies that become part of FDA-cleared medical laser devices, working in a highly regulated environment where attention to detail truly matters.

YOUR ROLE
  • Assemble precision mechanical subassemblies according to detailed work instructions
  • Work with small components using precision hand tools, torque tools, and microscopes
  • Follow established assembly procedures while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with ESD protocols and regulated manufacturing processes
  • Perform careful inspections to verify product quality and consistency
  • Identify discrepancies in documentation or components and report them proactively
  • Contribute to building a culture of quality, precision, and continuous improvement
  • Share your knowledge and support future team members as the production team grows
IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO
  • Has experience in precision assembly, manufacturing, or technical production
  • Takes exceptional pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Enjoys working with small, delicate components requiring excellent manual dexterity
  • Is comfortable following documented procedures with consistency and accuracy
  • Understands the importance of quality, traceability, and regulated manufacturing environments
  • Has experience working with precision tools, measuring equipment, or microscopes
  • Naturally supports and shares knowledge with colleagues
  • Is patient, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Values stability and enjoys developing long-term expertise within one organisation
Nice to have:
  • Experience in medical devices, electronics, optics, automotive, EMS, or other precision manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ESD standards or ISO-regulated production
  • Experience training or mentoring colleagues
  • Basic English skills (work instructions are provided in Polish)
