Qualifications

• Manage and administer archiving systems (Windows Server, Oracle/SQL, OpenText Content Server/Archive Center).
• Set up new archiving systems and processes.
• Maintain existing archiving systems, including patching and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as final escalation point before external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure health and report findings.
• Automate routine tasks and optimize processes.
• Provide consultation to internal stakeholders on archiving services and scenarios.
