A leading beauty company in Łódź is seeking an Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to support AR operations. This role involves managing cash applications, ensuring high-quality processes, and improving efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, fluent English, and some AR experience. We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to be part of the AR team based in our EMEA Center of Excellence. You would provide the most complete, accurate and timely processing of cash applications related tasks such as process bank statements, execute refunds and write offs, customer clearing, payment plans and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements. In this position you will be empowered to issue documents and monitor end-to-end sales invoice flow in order to ensure right cash flow for various entities in the NAM (North America) region. Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business, our external suppliers and auditors.
