Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Applied Machine Learning Researcher for a banking client to advance AI adoption across the organization. You will drive production ML initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Warsaw setup.

You will prototype AI solutions, build robust code, and contribute to well-tested libraries while representing the company at conferences and within open-source communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an AI/ ML Researcher or in a similar role.
• Solid experience in AI/ML domains, such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, information retrieval, time series, or recommender systems
• Strong programming skills and ability to write production-ready code
• Proven background in researching, prototyping, and evaluating AI/ML solutions
• Experience working with complex data challenges in regulated industries (finance experience is a plus)
• Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
