Goldman Sachs in Warsaw is seeking passionate engineers for an AI transformation in the Risk Applications team. The role involves architecting end-to-end AI solutions to enhance risk management processes while collaborating with regulators and senior stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree, 3-5 years in software development, strong programming skills, and experience with AI solutions. The company offers a supportive culture focused on teamwork, innovation, and flexibility.
Risk division is undergoing an AI-driven transformation to develop comprehensive processes that monitor, assess, and manage the risk of expected and unexpected events. Risk Applications team builds top-class engineering solutions for critical functions, including leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows to compute the firm’s ongoing and stressed capital requirements. We work on a daily basis with requests from global regulators and central banks.
We are looking for passionate engineers with strong programming skills and applied AI experience, who are willing to work with challenging use cases, in a fast-paced environment. We need interdisciplinary engineers who like exploring brand new fields and using various new and proprietary technologies.
