Job summary

Allvue Systems is seeking an Application Support Engineer 1 (ASE 1) to own and triage support tickets, delivering high-quality customer service. The role emphasizes problem solving in investment accounting, with collaboration across Development, Professional Services, and Cloud Operations.

The ideal candidate brings English fluency, finance familiarity, and experience with Jira/Confluence; knowledge of financial concepts and BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in finance or related field is a plus.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence preferred.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and NAV reporting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets, triage as support vs non‑support.
• Triage, analyze, and resolve surface-level and some root-cause issues.
• Manage tickets via JIRA, email, or phone submissions.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products.
• Maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge articles.
