Job description

Tasks:

• Support the application aspects of various live services
• Manage and administer Open Text ECM systems
• Oversee installation and patch deployment using System Center
• Handle Content Server Transport and specific components/modules
• Administer Indexing & Search functionalities
• Utilize OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) for enhanced service delivery
• Generate reports using LiveReports and OpenText WebReports
• Implement and manage OpenText Workflow and Enterprise Connect
• Develop applications using Livelink Builder and API programming
• Contribute to the Archive Center and Open Text Extended ECM (nice to have)
• Support Open Text Business Center Capture and other related solutions
• Collaborate with SharePoint connect, Brava!, BlazoniHub, and OpenText SAP Solutions (nice to have)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of dedicated experience with Open Text systems
• Strong knowledge of Open Text ECM and Content Server
• Experience with System Center for patch deployment
• Proficient in Indexing & Search Administration
• Familiarity with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
• Ability to generate reports using LiveReports and OpenText WebReports
• Experience with OpenText Workflow and Enterprise Connect
• API programming knowledge, including Jquery
• Understanding of Archive Center and Open Text Extended ECM (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Open Text Business Center Capture (nice to have)
• Experience with SharePoint connect, Brava!, BlazoniHub, and OpenText SAP Solutions (nice to have)
• Fluency in English is a must
