A leading technology firm seeks a Workflow Application Analyst to provide specialized support for their products. The Workflow Application Analyst plays a key role in Relativity’s Product Support organization, providing specialized support within the Workflow vertical. This role focuses on assisting non-technical and technical customers with front-end workflow-related issues, questions about Relativity leveraging deep knowledge of Relativity’s user interface, features, and customer use cases. The Application Analyst – Workflow communicates frequently with customers via email and meetings, requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.
This role operates under the Flexible Schedule Model, with 8‑hour shifts scheduled within flexible time windows to support 24/7 global coverage (compensation differential applies).

Respond to customer inquiries related to Relativity workflows and information requests, including diagnosing front-end issues, guiding users through processes, and resolving support tickets using established support practices.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 82,000 and 122,000 PLN.
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
